Emotional Dependency

My life after grade 2, is in my consciousness in bits and parts. Back then the only motive to go to school was becoming an adult, earning money and becoming self-dependent. This thought was so much in my mind that every time I was denied anything, I used to tell myself to wait and become financially self dependent to do whatever I want. Well this is also a lie which we realize after reaching financial dependency.  Now when I am and many of my people are financially dependent to some extent, we are still struggling only because we're still dependent on others, EMOTIONALLY! Human emotions are sooooo complicated. To make it simple for myself I believe, FEAR is the emotion which directs all other negative emotions. Sadness, anxiety, anger are created with an underlying reason- Fear. Fear of losing, fear of making mistakes, fear of not being accepted etc.  No-one told me to manage my emotions, no-one told me to not get attached, no-one told me to prioritize myself. And no one will ever

I hate myself

In life's race, We run at out own pace, Our foot slips and we fall, Few stay down, few rise up even more tall. Some of us get trapped down there at the ground, we start late, some of us quickly run away, but the ones who get a little late sometimes go in self doubt.  More than 7billion people exist on earth, we are one of them, as a human being we have to see and suffer alot. Happiness or sadness, whatever life throws at us, we have to take it in. And there's this toxic trait of mankind that negative emotions are dominant. Negative emotions jaise ki sadness, anxiety, stress, disappointments hume zada feel hoti hain, aur unhe control Krna thora mushkil hota hi h. Now these negative emotions, doubts, disappointnents, failures, jealousy, comparisons etc make us scared and we stop loving ourselves and worse we start hating our selves, many of us!! Lekin abb iske liye kiya kya jaye? M to aisa hu, m to vaisi hu, m to hu hi buri, aur m to sbse zada bura hu.....aisa hi hum sbko lagta

DETACHMENT

HELLO READERS!! Glad to have you all here. I’m here with the most required thing or activity or whatever you call it. We see plenty of memes about fake people or people who change over time still we are always willing to enter the toxic relationships (not talking about romantic relationships). We can't escape from attachment, its human nature to get attached with the people but the important thing is DETATCHMENT is not a human nature but is important for us. I’m coming across a lot of people who are sad and depressed over insignificant attachments in their real lives and also on their social media lives. Firstly lets see how do we get attached:- 1. Meeting particular people regularly  2. Regular texting and chatting ( favourite person, daily chat person) 3. Relating our own life with them Now when we are attached we are either happy or with the time the relationships get weak and we get sad. We are always expecting happiness but often forget to prepare for the sadness and stress, w

Beneficial Overthinking

Hello  overthinkers!!  well off course all of us are overthinkers, which is not worthwhile. And recently it has become a trend over internet to look COOL in front of people who don't even care about our existence. In my view, everything has multiple aspects, so ignoring the negatives of the things one should try to find the positive aspects of it, and hence I came up with the benefits of overthinking.  overthinking is time consuming and tiresome, it takes away a lot of mental energy which we can use for other important stuff we are left with. along with that it increases stress and anxiety and decreases creativity. it causes sleeplessness and indirectly affecting physical health also.  Talking about beneficial overthinking is not a big theory or something, its just my own concept of utilising the time I waste over it. Its just about finding out a meaningful reason and solution for the sleepless nights and hours I spent on it. first of all we should know the reason for it, like why

WAY TO SPIRITUALITY THROUGH RELIGION!

Hello, welcome to my blog ‘visham jivan’. This is my first blog and I have started this to communicate my thoughts to the to the potential readers. Topic for today is ‘spirituality and religion’. It’s not about any particular religion but just religion as a part of our life and how do we use it. Religion for me is just a way to connect with supernatural aura which has names of hindu, muslim, sikh etc. what I want to convey is how we utilise our own religion for our own good. According to me the way to be spiritual is reading the Holy Scriptures of your or any other religion you want. Spirituality in my view is connecting with a bigger power that comes from within, to explore and discover the inner power and inner self.   It is important for people. It helps you to know your self-worth, your goals, and the aim of life. Religious scriptures are a way towards spirituality and also to know and admire your religion. Read whatever is available. Thanks to internet through which everything is
